I didn't know the AK didn't lock back the bolt after emptying the mag.

The video would have been much more impressive if the guy didn't have to slam the fucking thing on the table to chamber the first round.

Love me some God and Eugene bolt release action.

Some mil-spec magazines have a thingy that locks the bolt open after the last round is fired. Serbian AK's also have a bolt hold/lock open on the safety lever, but it is not automatic. It is a cutout in the safety lever that clips onto the charging handle when it is pulled back locking it open.
