That would wash most of it out I think. All the cement stuff is the powdery part and will mostly wash out.

If you could get to the clean out you could fuck them up bad. That would be challenging at best though.

Yes it does, most toilets have a trap inside them to stop critters and random stuff from coming in.Look up S traps and P traps to see what a toilet actually does and why this would actually work
