I research it pretty thoroughly. Then I tried out a dose at .2 mg/kg (approximate bodywt. on the Durvet horse paste dispenser will give you this ) and it was fine.

My senior dad then started taking about half that dosage (.1 mg/ kg or 9 mg) once a week. Which he did for about 5 months until he got the vax. He stopped the IVM for a few months at that point but then we decided to start up again when it was clear the vax afforded no protection—at an increased dose of .2 mg/kg or 18 mg. once a week (which is approximately his weight on the durvet tube ). I have noted the FLCCC group (covid19criticalcare.com) and their recommendations for prophylaxis but we are not going as high as they recommend at this point, which is .2mg twice a week. I feel that might be pushing it in terms of cumulative doses per year.

So he does his dose once a week at 18 mg which is about 1/6 of the durvet tube. He is also using hypertonic saline nose spray and listerine mouthwash daily, sometimes twice daily— which has been shown to prevent or lessen severity of covid.

There are studies out there on various antiseptic nose spray/mouthwash types and their effectiveness, like iodine, peroxide, ethanol in various solutions. I feel using antiseptic nosespray and mouthwash to prevent infection or kill off the virus early in the infection in the upper resp. tract is a NO BRAINER with ZERO RISK so everybody should be prepared. You can make 1% antiseptic iodine nose spray with salt, water (pref. distilled or boiled) and povidone-iodine 10% product like betadine. You could make a 1% peroxide solution as an alternative. Or you could just snort listerine if you were desperate. Yes. 3x a day if you get covid for 5 days. Hypertonic saline may also work but not as well. You can look up how to make that as well.

I have also taken a couple of doses since the initial one, when I thought I might have been exposed. The FLCCC is now recommending some higher doses if you actually get covid. They are saying to take .4 to .6 mg/kg a day for up to 5 days. This would be 2x to 3x your bodyweight dose on the durvet tube.

For instance, my dad is 200 lbs and the 200 lb mark on the durvet tube will give him 18mg (.2mg/kg) but he knows he has to take 2x his weight on the durvet tube (400 lb dose) if he gets sick which would be .4mg/ kg or 36 mg. That is about 1/3 of the tube and that he is relatively safe taking up to two tubes at his weight spread out over 5 days or so.

FLCCC says you should take entire daily dose at once with a fatty meal. They are trying to maximize absorbtion so that you get a high concentration spike in your plasma once a day.

This is in line with some previous studies on IVM

So basically, no serious adverse events in people taking a single dose ten times higher than the typical dose of .2mg which would be about 180 mg or a tube and a half of the durvet product for a person my dad’s size, as well as 5 times that dose for 3 doses within a week, (cumulative dose 15x the standard .2 mg/kg ). I would expect some mild to moderate neuro and gastro side effects at these doses.

I would DEFINITELY not try these doses if I thought I was pregnant. I would definitely not use weekly ivm prophylaxis if I thought I might become pregnant. Throwing it out there.

I feel the risk of this level of dosing is alot less risky than covid. I did look up some safety studies that establish mean lethal dose on dogs and mice. It was much higher than this shit. Like 20 or 30 times higher.

Mild to moderate side effects as they said would be probably change in vision and maybe a sign to procede with caution. Severe toxicity is pretty unmistakeable I should think and would include muscle twitching, extreme sedation, drooling, dilated pupils. I don’t think this would happen with the doses were discussing.

List of drugs which interact with ivermectin on the FLCCC site which is not exhaustive. I would not worry too much about the drugs on the right side. Calcium channel blockers, glucocorticoids, statins, antifungals, benzodiazopines, blood thinners might slightly lower your tolerance to this drug, many due to actions involving p-glycoproteins, which form your blood brain barrier. But most of these interactions actions are never observed. I would be a little conservative with aspirin, limiting to 325 mg while I was taking ivm. After 5 days of ivm, you can increase aspirin safely to 2 or 3 regular aspirin a day. The FLCCC protocol seems to be using glucocorticoids, statins, blood thinners and quercetin combined with ivm so they have considered those interactions and deemed them low risk. I really have not seen much evidence in the way of serious interactions involving IVM in my research.
