Security guard brought in at the last minute, I forget his name. Sirhan was hypnotized (mind controlled, whatever) and wildly shot his pistol, RFK was killed by a bullet to the back of the head. It's pretty clear.

I doubt it will get past the full parole board, this was just a recommendation. Also, the governor has to sign off on it. That’s where it’s a coin toss.
