Ive been in the gym (mostly) on & off for the better part of 30 years. Within the last year Im just coming to realize that I HAVE to get in the gym daily. Just get in there and do thirty minutes of anything but fkn do it.

Shit goes sideways if I don't. Almost like an addiction, but not. If that makes sense.

Same here, totally understand. If hurt myself bad enough that I have to take time off it REALLY sucks. To the point that I used to not give myself enough time to heal. I've finally learned to bite the bullet and take off a minimum 2 weeks, sometimes three, but my sleep starts to suffer and then everything else.
