Never in the history of the world has there been this much crazy all at once.

I am wondering when the right wing people will start suing for large corporations and government institutions labeling them homophobic and transphobic, and using it as a means to discriminate against them. First of all, I don't think they are qualified to make such psychological assessments, and two, most phobias are considered disabilities. The fact that no one has pursued this legally makes me have little hope for the right's ability to defend itself.
