It was the formerly most police protected street in Chicago. Its State Street in the tourist section where it used to be all White people shopping and dining , just 2 years ago.

It used to have 300 cops protecting that area. Now the Police chief said today only one cop many many blocks away from that section! 8 minutes to get to there. This video caused the Chief to be forced to make a statement.
