Possibly. I just need to somehow find a few decent tag clouds / tag pools. Copy pasta. Auto sort by alphabet. Then delete the more curious tags and duplicates. Post list.

As for plugging tags onto subverses I can give it a go. Not to much though as im not masochistic. Someone needs to set up a function that lets users suggest tags from the pool to be applied to a subverse. Then let the owner add or reject tags.
Might want to get tag groups going too. Something like music with subcategories of instrument types, decade of origin, music theory, self made music, ect...
