Eric Louis "Nina" Cohen, an antifa activist who was charged with attempted murder in connection with the stabbing of a pro-medical freedom protester in Los Angeles last month, has been released on bail after having his charges downgraded.
Only if convicted. Now he is out of jail. Bail paid by crowdsourcing. Bail should have been higher and the charges shouldn't have been changed. It's all to enable them.
Murder requires evidence of intent. The defense attorney probably demanded the prosecutor show any evidence of intent which he could not, therefore the charge was reduced and the bail adjusted accordingly. Cops always over charge because their promotions and illegal kickbacks are based on it.
This is 100% typical bullshit not necessarily a political move.
In a similar way to how manslaughter is not murder. If you find a nigger raping your wife, pull out a gun and shoot him in the head that's not the crime of murder. You didn't go into the situation planning to kill the monkey.
