Edit: I have been sick since August 28th. I had a really bad fever on the sixth. A sore throat and runny nose on the days prior to the fever. Now today and yesterday I've been feeling nothing but exhaustion and fatigue and a slight headache.
Me too. I'm getting over the 'rona. Can't seem to get out of bed in the morning. Not sick anymore, but have no energy to do anything. Also have a lingering sore throat and cough. Gained a lot of weight too despite not eating as much.
Exercise. Seriously. I've felt lethargic all summer. Some days at work I seriously felt like sleeping even after a good nights sleep. I started doing jumping jacks. Get the blood moving and get a little adrenaline flowing. I've been doing this for a little while now and I've felt much alert through the day now.
Beece here: are you in out in Tick country? Don't overlook it, cause there are @3-4 ugly things those fucking bloodsuckers can give you that include and are as bad as Lyme. The sooner you get on the docylene the better off you'll be. Get tested STAT if you even think that could be it. A delay can make that shit permanent. No joke.
Other than that, I'm not a doctor nor do I play one on the internet, so get thee to one. Or at least someone smarter than me which should be very easy to come by....
Are you in lockdown? Lockdown has affected both my mental and physical state. I am forcing myself to get up early (been sleeping in) and doing stuff. I will not let my insane, stupid premier ruin my life any further.
Spend as much time as possible outdoors. Exercise and fresh air does wonders, it really does.
I heavily concur with this. Do not sleep past 10 a.m. if possible and exercise often. When I exercise somewhat regularly, I feel much better overall. When I have a lull in exercising, I feel like a shit. As for outdoors? Yeah, my favorite exercise is a long walk through a forest. It makes me feel so much better during and afterwards.
No jk. It could be the time of year. Fall can be difficult because your hormones like melatonin and some other shit are telling you to start hibernating. September is the inflection point at which the rate of change of sunlight is the highest (dropping the fastest) so it might be a trigger for some people. I hate the fall.
Maybe its an allergy? Maybe some faggot in your life got the clot shot and is shedding spike protein in your airspace?
You have to give more info if you want better than that.

But I think you have the rona. Kind weird that your fever spiked on the 6th after having this shit for 1 week + . I think if you are under 40 then theres not too much to worry about. But you could refer to the Imask protocol :
Some one around here said NAC (n-Acytel Cysteine) really fixed their coof.
As many suggest, high doses of C, D, and zinc. You might try aspirin, one in the morning, one at night. If you have coof, the headache may be caused by tiny bloodclots in your brain. Aspirin might help. Quercetin will help but you could also drink a lot of green tea instead.
This is a good supplement to take like 6 or 8 tablets of (~2x serving) per day, if you dont have allergies (echinacea is bad for hayfever sufferers) https://www. amazon .com/gp/product/B088NDHV98/ref=ox_sc_act_title_13?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1
If you do have allergies, try this instead and take 3 a day. https://www. amazon .com/gp/product/B08D61CV4X/ref=ox_sc_act_title_12?smid=A2MEPKRIMHMSD9&psc=1
Or around 6 of this one, which is much cheaper https://www. amazon .com/gp/product/B07Q3SWL3X/ref=ox_sc_saved_image_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1
Gargling with an antiseptic mouthwash might help as well.
You are probably not contageous anymore but stay away from old people just in case, and let anybody you spent time with in the relevant time frame (the last week or so) that you might have the rona. Did I mention Pepsid? You can take pepsid and it might help. Definitely will help breathing/ tightness in chest. But it really might help overall.

You could try one or two doses of ivermectin from amazon or tractor supply.
You could try Pepsid (famotadine) maybe 2 to 6 a day.
You could try melatonin or an essential fatty acid supplement or some quercetin.
You could also get a script for fluvoxetine or fluoxetine which might help.
Someone told me N-Acetyl Cysteine really worked for them but it is mildly allergenic.
