afaik only time. Stop exposure and 1/2 a year from now you'll be clear. Shit takes time for your system to clean it out. Selenium may help a bit too.

The way I see it, it may have made them docile and easier to control. QOL improvement for everyone. Not actually kill them. Which would fit the work camp not death cap narrative.
