they imploded the economic system on purpose. they pushed fiat currency, knowing the dollar would lose value. as soon as the federal reserve was established, the dollar slid down in value to the point where we are today where the dollar isnt even worth 15 cents of its value pre 1913. and through the 1800s the dollar actually remained stable and even increased in value so clearly the gold standard/lack of federal reserve was working
