A list of exercises for what exactly? Strength? Endurance? Flexibility? A list of exercises isn't what you need. You need to understand why an exercise is done and why its done in a certain way. Then when you define your goal you will have the knowledge to achieve it beyond a list of exercises.

And that isn't the focus of the video anyway. If watching a 9 min video is too much I don't know what to tell you. Stay flabby I guess.
