The only thing that should be mandated is limiting the purchase of confectionary for people who meet specific BMI criteria.

Treats or 'sometimes food', is for some people, some of the time.

Fat fucks should not have access to treats, they are a burden on the health system and should not qualify as being able to purchase junk food.
