It's not terribly done but that is the most over 'shopped photo I've seen in a while. Hey look plastic or wax. Also composite photos are really common, especially for the royals and Hollywood posters but it this just oozes fakeness.

If you don't believe me about the composite part, look at Harry's hand, where it is is really awkward and uncomfortable in real life (not on/ over her shoulder as it first appears), his neck and shoulders appear very front on so she would have to be digging into him -more natural if his left shoulder was further away and if his body was facing her and neck turned to the camera not completely front on. Megan's hair on her left shoulder has lots of long fly aways but on her right there is virtually none. And the thick(ish) lock of her hair that disappears and reappears on his arm is a big give away too.
