More than enough money to part-fund "independent" commissions that are set up to investigate the efficacy and safety of administered drugs supplied by pharmaceutical companies IMO.
End of the day there is more money to be made in reactionary pharmaceuticals in treating illness and keeping you sick, than there is in financial modeling for preventative mediation. Hence the faux-pandemic.
Big pharma tried the exact same thing with the last two coronaviruses H1N1 and H5N1 and desperately tried to drum up enough anxiety to push their snake oil not that long ago.
