They've been doing this. i have a CDC document that says anyone coming to the hospital with symptoms like a cold or flu are to be labeled as having covid with out taking any tests.

I have a screenshot in the flukang downloads named how they created more cases.jpg and cdc.png and the original came from this url but that now redirects:

You can search: "US virus numbers now include probable cases without tests_files" and it tells the same thing but it leaves out the cdc's own words and spins it in a way to make it look like a good thing.
