Probably a reference to monarch programming. Those who have been through MKUltra monarch programming will use the symbolism in whatever media they release, whether it's a musician or whatever.

Biden gave out similar comms when he lied about getting a job offer at Boise Cascade in Idaho.

He brought up the name of Senator Frank Church. The man that chaired the church committee in 1975 that exposed mkultra!!!

I believe he used the Boise Cascade company name as a reference to Virginia Guffrey's lawyer David Boise who was recently exposed as a conspirator in the Epstein Maxwell human trafficking enterprise.

It was very much like a subtle warning that it would all Cascade and bring it all down.

Now Canada's military are admitting they do psyops on the public. More mind control comms.

The mkultra and gangstalking truth getting out would destroy the cabal.
