Commonwealth law superseeds state health orders.
So take that to your employer, if they sack you, you have solid grounds for litigation under unfair dismissal and discrimination as it is not reasonably sound or practicable for an employer to require you to take the vaccination even when working in a mandated field sich as a hosiptal.

Restricting people from working, moving and degrading them with masks that cause more health problems etc, you know the stuff.
