Expect this policy to be extended to non-essential services such as trades, retail, hospitality, tourism, education, etc.

To be FAIR, fairwork is an arm of the government. Just like ALL of government. Even local councils. They all think along the same lines and enforce the same "laws". You must be against all of it.

Fairwork is industry work relations. Without it we go back to the 1800s when employers can pay you 5c for a 90hrs work week and make your drink rat poison for shits and giggles.

Oh? You probably think unions are also useful and achieve things? Fair work upholds government laws, government laws are used against people. Do not forget, police are there to protect you. Do not forget, it is legal to bomb people.

Back in the 1800s, if someone would pay you nothing, or an employer would rip you off, what would be better? Handing over your ability to resolve the situation to someone that wants to tax you, or getting together with some friends and burning down a factory or threatening their family? In the end, when people give up their ability to fight for something in favour of a 3rd party taking control, you're a stupid retard. Now prove me wrong.

Exactly. That is my point. What is the difference between a union and a government agency that is supposed to protect employees? One is regulated by the government and the other is, but pretends it's not.

Fair work is extremely biased depending on who takes the case. It also has to comply with whatever the rest of the government says. So you are better off going back to the 1800s and fixing it the old fashioned way. Like that turkish guy who got fired for not taking the vax and smashed all his ex employers trucks.

Well up until 5pm yesterday they were fighting for employees and have been for decades.

Fairwork is a legislative assembly setup to secure worker's rights, its federal body and you can't just re-write federal law at a whim. There have been heaps of state laws changed and a few federal laws written in at lightning speed, but this has to be bribery at the highest echelons of government.

This has taken us back to the work rights of those in the first colony 1788-1810.

Remember it was worker's trade agreements in New South Wales in 1948 that set into motion the 40hr work week precedent

It also has to comply with whatever the rest of the government says. So you are better off going back to the 1800s and fixing it the old-fashioned way.

Probably true at this point, bring back the bushrangers.

The whole government, the roots, the trunk, all the branches and every single leaf is rotten to the core.

Well, you've gone from what appears to be outright adoration to a middle ground. I imagine its just wording, but I can support anything that puts the modern government into any good light. Because there is absolutely nothing it has done that regular people could have done on their own and better.

The unions have their hands and feet tied behind their back. They can not do anything that makes any changes that are actually good for society. This is speaking from the transport and security side. I have seen the unions allow workers destroy themselves and I have seen the government allow businesses to ignore protests because they are advised well ahead of the time. Unions long time ago maybe. Not unions of today.

Also I can tell you now from multiple first and second experiences and angles about you can predict how fair work will rule based entirely on who is given the position to make a ruling.

So yeah, bushrangers. Im up for that.

You'll have to eat your show now. 2/3 of the commissioners in favour of engaging the NSW state on work relations, successfully won a case today 01.10.21 against NSW state in the Supreme court under Federal law that states clearly, mandated vaccinations for employment are illegal.

Commonwealth law superseeds state health orders.

So take that to your employer, if they sack you, you have solid grounds for litigation under unfair dismissal and discrimination as it is not reasonably sound or practicable for an employer to require you to take the vaccination even when working in a mandated field sich as a hosiptal.

Look up Tanya Davies MP.

Yeah I saw that, but here is the problem. This is just one issue that has plagued the country for over 1.5 years. Restricting people from working, moving and degrading them with masks that cause more health problems etc, you know the stuff. The government itself is the cause of all these problems, so I will not back down when the government decides to fix it. Everything they have done in the the last 1.5 years is illegal, so where were these people then? The greatest tragedy that I despise the most in this world is suicide. Lets see the government bring those people back from the dead. The people who were not considered essential enough to pay for their bills and support themselves.

Tanya Davies, woman. I take no leadership or ideals from women in positions of authority. Politician. I take no leadership or ideals from a politician in the modern government system. You can not fix a system that is designed to destroy society, by participating. Has 2 young children, but is a career politician - fail.

But it was not a uniform decision, with the commission’s deputy president opposed to the majority ruling of her two colleagues, whose decision she called “medical apartheid”.

So, in upside down world, the chick has the balls over the two dudes.

Here's a drink to chicks. Cheers! hic

E: Wharrrlgarbble this isn't going to go well over on this site, lol.
