The results are mixed between the races with some whites mapping high and low, same as for asians and blacks.

Because it does not take into consideration the cultural aspects of those communities.

Some want a return of investment sooner for lower reward, due to them valuing their time spent more productively elsewhere. Or not valuing the return on investment for time spent, or perhaps they are just laid-back cultures.

Pretty disingenuous and wildly inaccurate assessment of what is claims to purport as a metric for intelligence.

We all know real future planning is not something niggers do well and they are dumb as fuck, but this "study" is massively BS.

Like ffs Israel scores nearly twice as well as Russia and the average IQ of Russia is higher than that of Israel.

IQ Averages

How much of this is due abstract thought? For example, understanding that a crop in the field is food. As long as immediate needs are met, having something now and in the future is equivalent. It's merely an academic difference, of course with other concepts attached.

Same with law and punishment. To an intelligent person the threat of prison is prison, not simply prison in the future. "Running is no way to live" is true because the threat of prison is a kind of prison itself for someone capable of abstract thought.

I'm no expert in this stuff. Not even well read. But it's pretty obvious that indeed it is a measure of intelligence.
