NSW has won the appeal case in the Supreme Court, QLD is now challenging the vaccination policy for their state.
Now the govt is in panic mode threatening to cut off welfare within 2 weeks to coerce more citizens to jib-jab as the barbarians are already at the gates.

Which appeal case? Didn't the aged care working fighting the flu shot lose because she turned anti vax after getting a rash after a flu shot once and didn't see a GP about it? I thought there was one judge who made statements against the ruling but she had lost?
I hope some cases are properly won and the old vaccine mandates for children are lifted.
I hope for the same outcome but through different means. People who think themselves fit to make health choices for others need to be mercilessly slaughtered. Once this happens in sufficient numbers the vaccine mandates for children will be lifted.

There are several successive Supreme court cases as they are each fighting the states.
NSW won their court appeal, QLD is fighting it. This has been going on since April.
QLD is primarily lead by police officer's objections to the health order, whilst NSW was John Larter a Paramedic. Some 40% of police officers south of Brissy are standing down to fight it and are currently declining religious exemption and instead of bleeding the dept on stress leave, lol, the legends.
QLD financial backing to sue QLD is being banked rolled by Clive Palmer, NSW was by Fairwork Trading that set the ground work.
