Under current WHS laws, employers have a duty to eliminate or minimise as far as is "reasonably practicable" the risk of exposure to COVID-19 in the workplace.

Safe Work Australia’s website states: “it is unlikely that a requirement for workers to be vaccinated will be reasonably practicable”.

Employers requiring vaccinations are doing so illegally.

I hope these establishments all go broke.

I'm curious too see what will happen once Dan graciously lifts the lockdown. Many businesses have closed forever, but those that will reopen? How many cafes, restaurants etc can afford to turn away customers, unvaxxed or not? Melbourne is ded and will get dedder.

No business can afford to reduce potential customers by 20%. That's also not including parties or groups that attend of several people where one is unvaccinated, then they lose the entire booking.

Or people who are double vaccinated and don't want a big brother society for their children that now see the line in the sand vbeing drawn by corrupt politicians.

Anyone supporting communism needs to become insolvent and living on the streets.
