I tend to keep things simple. On the grill, I like veggies on the kebab, while my steak or pork chops are resting after grilling. They both end up just right at the same time.
Hand rub the New York or rib eye with salt pepper and fresh garlic, brush with olive oil.
Veggies brushed with olive oil and herbs, maybe some lime juice.

Just make Alfredo Pizza with Portobello Mushrooms as crust
and Gouda with truffles combined with herbs de provance and some sesame on the mushrooms for an extra Crunch

I like utilizing my grill as long as I can. So things don’t get too redundant, I like doing foil pouches with seasoned fresh veggies on the bottom, a fish fillet of some sort, drizzle with a little olive oil, top w lemon slices and fresh thyme and parsley. Grill on low heat for about 15 minutes.

Steak and a sweet potato

Bacon and eggs, add a plantain cooked in the bacon fat for extra fanciness

Fried chicken, just raw cooked in lard (no breading)

Grilled Steak, fresh tomatoes, fresh corn on the cob. Yesterday I made Minestroni soup. Best I've ever had. Used tomatoes from the garden and fresh made basil. I'd rather have the steak.
