I've now lost 60 pounds since I cut any food with soy ingredients from my diet. I started back in the summer of 2020. So, it's been a little over a year.

Good for you! I’m so glad to hear this!

Soy is in mayonnaise.

We make everything we eat here on the farm. At least go to farmers markets.

You should buy Mayo from Primal Kitchen
Its one of the few brands that's not only Keto (low sugar low carb) but also DOESN'T HAVE A KOSHER label (meaning its 100% gentile owned)

Its top notch quality and i wish more people knew about em

I bring eggs to the wife and she makes the Mayo

This is the whitest mentality

best things are hand/self-made

The kitchen is women’s domain

[ - ] Ragnar 0 points 3.7 yearsOct 12, 2021 08:08:05 ago (+0/-0)

It smells and tastes disgusting

[ - ] Ragnar 0 points 3.7 yearsOct 11, 2021 22:14:11 ago (+0/-0)

I can’t not eat mayonnaise. I love that stuff. You can get soy free ones but it still has the goddamn canola oil in it. I have tried ones with coconut or olive oils, but they smell and taste disgusting

Just make it yourself, it's just egg yolks, slowly add oil, pinch of salt and dash of acid (lemon juice or vinegar).

Buying mayonaise is like buying sandwiches.

[ - ] Her0n 1 point 3.7 yearsOct 11, 2021 23:51:27 ago (+1/-0)

Yes, exactly. And the premise shit has garbage you don’t need if you make it at home.

[ - ] Ragnar 0 points 3.7 yearsOct 12, 2021 08:02:57 ago (+0/-0)

Yes, I know, but only women should make condiments
Edit: burger sandwiches are good from a good restaurant though

Since when is being able to feed yourself women things or faggy?

The best chefs in the world are men.
You're not baking cupcakes, just go make yourself some bloody mayo.

Bruh bruh, you are making that classic conflation that many make. Of course the best chefs are male because it’s a highly competitive field. Men are ambitious and driven. They cook as their jobs. Now, being a little house husband mulling around in the kitchen making condiments and jams is ghey

Edit: being able to feed yourself as a man literally meant hunting, and then in later society, getting paid in salary for your work. Women foraged and cooked.
Man brings the bread and butter, woman makes me sandwiches.

If you have a food processor, it's rather easy to make. It's not that hard either by hand, but it takes a bit more time.

[ - ] Ragnar 0 points 3.7 yearsOct 12, 2021 08:02:14 ago (+0/-0)

Women make condiments
Edit: wdym by food processor? Is it the one that makes milkshakes?

[ - ] Her0n 1 point 3.7 yearsOct 11, 2021 23:50:38 ago (+1/-0)

I’ll ask my wife for her recipe. She makes the stuff, I just get the eggs

[ - ] Ragnar 0 points 3.7 yearsOct 12, 2021 08:06:21 ago (+0/-0)

Yeah, but I need a wife first. Can I borrow your’s just for the mayonnaise?

[ - ] 1Icemonkey [op] 0 points 3.7 yearsOct 14, 2021 22:48:02 ago (+0/-0)

There’s one with sunflower oil, Kensington’s. It tastes like miracle whip, not my fav, too sweet, but it’s only for a sammich now and then.

[ - ] Ragnar 0 points 3.7 yearsOct 15, 2021 09:29:15 ago (+0/-0)

But sunflower oil is still a seed oil. We are not supposed to have thise oils or pufa. All the coconut oil mayonnaise I have tried so far smell and taste gross, tbh

Yeah that website article purposely imo confuses shit laden soy products with the correctly prepared soy of Asia (fermented which increases the benefits of soy ). Western soy/ soy laden products is very very bad ....

[ - ] Timothymcoyvey 0 points 3.7 yearsOct 12, 2021 01:38:09 ago (+0/-0)

What are some true 'super foods' I should be adding to my diet? (I obviously already know soy is terrible)

Lentils? Legumes? Seeds?

[ - ] 1Icemonkey [op] 1 point 3.7 yearsOct 12, 2021 01:42:04 ago (+1/-0)

I grow and juice wheatgrass at home, every morning, four ounces.
