The legal system has let down the average Australian once more, which only further highlights that justice is only for the purview of the wealthy.

Lawyers for Mr. Hazzard earlier told the court the requirements for essential workers to get the Covid vaccine in order to continue working were not a “mandate” at all.

But a barrister for Health Minister Brad Hazzard says the rules are really a temporary restriction on movement, which the plaintiffs could avoid if they decided to get vaccinated.

It is suggested that the order is lawful and reasonable for your employer to stand-down employees and for you to lose your livelihood over an untested medical procedure. But they reiterated a vaccine was not mandated, it was indeed completely voluntary.

That Covid-19 vaccinations are a ‘free choice’ with ‘economic pressure’ for some.

So lose employment now and re-apply for gainful employment after December the 1st.

How this does not constitute coercion by the state and how employees can mandate a vaccine requirement in non-mandated industries is beyond comprehension.

That state laws can supersede both federal and commonwealth legislation is also inconceivable.

They clearly said it coupd be avoided by getting the vax. So get the vax to avoid the non-mandatory vax mandate. It's very simple.

There is one ultimate solution.

This ends when we say it ends, and when we FORCE them out of office. People need to stop relying on what we ALREADY KNOW is a rigged and failed legal system to help them.
