the one on the left is probably fried in soy oil by a chink

and the one on the right is probably made by a faggy english/french chef

I worked in fine dining for years, what a lot of people don't get is that some middle class folks are willing to spend on a night out & taste flavors they haven't before while in good company. It's not about eating well or in great quantity, it's about "the experience" as my old boss would say, the smell, the look & the taste.

Some spend money on cars, some on sports, some on computers & games, etc. For others, it's social outings at a restaurant with real cooks & no froxen entrées... so no niggers either.

While I agree with your choice of food sir, I don’t think it’s only about the calories.

I personally won’t need the $200 plate because that’s ridiculous, and I wouldn’t eat the $12 plate because it’s gonna give me food poisoning!
