They both did poorly in the marriage game despite doing well in mate selection. Eastwood's first marriage ended childless in divorce. The second marriage was to a Jewish woman, which while it produced a child, still ended in divorce. The rest are illegitimate children born outside of wedlock to mistresses or lovers.

DeNiro, dirt bag that he is, was first married to a fellow I-talian woman, but she divorced him after they had a son, despite raising a daughter with her sired by another guy before they got married. The black chick was typical of marriages to colored women. She didn't reveal that she was psychotic until well after they'd married and had a few kids together.

I'll be honest though. I'd rather have a black son who has to be stoned in order to be around their psychotic mother than a Jewish kid any day of the week. However, Eastwood having several bastards that have taken on his name for professional associations isn't a bad deal.
