It seems that among young vaccinated people who are infected, there are very high viral loads (very infectious) but no symptoms. This is in comparison to unvaxxed people who tend to have symptoms at the same viral loads. so they have created a high number of "super spreaders". These would be the last people you would want to work at a restaurant or point of purchase or healthcare facility.
