then the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments to the US Constitution are null and void. The citizenship, votes, and other conferred "rights" are unlawful and can be ignored.

It simply that states were coerced into ratifying all three Amendments or they would have received no representation in Congress. That was literally a requirement. That is coercion. That nullifies the ratification.

No, we conqured them. Winning the Civil War and declaring those states never left the Union is a different thing. Telling states that never left the Union they couldn't have congressional representation unless they ratified three Amendments is not Constitutional.
