Why not just say "park at your own risk" or something. "We regret blah blah" is fucking stupid. You don't regret you can't be held responsible, it's not logical that you would be. I hate corporate retard-speak so much honestly.

It's from a show called Arrested Development

I'm not a huge fan of TV these days; most of it is degenerate crap and this show is, in my humble estimation, well written and entertaining (at least the early seasons).

GREAT cast. Long-running jokes throughout the seasons.

Would definitely watch again.
