Are these elected politicians fucking helpless?

Step 1: close Florida airspace after 8pm, except for scheduled daily flights.

Step 2: send the fucking air national guard (Florida has lots of air bases) to intercept and/or shoot down the fuckers

Step 3: force the plane to land and line up the pilots and shoot them.

Step 4: profit.

How are these supposed (((leaders))) of sovereign states not taking action against these traitors?

Edit to add: I don't fucking care if the (((federal))) aviation administration thinks they can control all of the airspace - if the Governor closed the airspace, then the (((feds))) would have to expose themselves to force it open. Air national guard radar operators would be able to track every flight too, and could force them to announce who they are.
