Did the prosecution not know that was going to come out? Were they really caught by surprise when their witness had to admit that, even though there are hours of video of every angle of the attack?
Every one of these state (((agents))) need to face a firing squad for not upholding the Constitution and actually filing charges.
Either that, or the fix is already in so they don't give a flying fuck and Kyle is going to spend life in prison.

Many theories:
1) projection - the state kikes are guilty of a lot worse, so they figure this case would be easy
2) everybody is guilty of some crime on the books - so they throw everything they can think at Kyle (spaghetti method of prosecution) hoping that something sticks and a jury can at least convict on some charge
3) confirmation bias and sunk cost fallacy: Since the (((media))) already tried Kyle and found him guilty of everything, the kiked state agents thought they were golden to purse anything the wanted for gold stars for their records.
Alternate theory: the fix is in and Kyle will be convicted of everything, making any fuckups and counter testimony moot.
Having Kyle testify would be monumentally stupid. Video tells the story. Every witness of relevance the prosecutor has called have given testimony that ended up favoring Kyle. The only way this case could fall apart is if Kyle got up there and said something stupid under cross. Defendant testimony is usually reserved for cases where the defense is weak, and they need something to turn the tide.
Because it is a dumb move to put him on the stand. I can't think of a single thing he said to help his case. The prosecutor was able to badger him and even used his silence against him.
I knew a guy that retired from the NYPD after getting shot in the shoulder and tricep. He still lifted weights and was strong as hell but you could see that there were parts missing.
The comments on that Twatter is amusing. All of a sudden everyone is a lawyer and knows everything about what constitutes self-defense vs homicide. What a bunch of leftist wannabes.

Which is a good thing and all but... If they fail here means they'll double down somewhere else.
How did they fuck up so bad?
