Why the fuck would he take the stand?

The defendant takes the stand only if they're capable of articulating their position in a beneficial manner and that comes with wisdom, which is the product of experience, accordingly, experience comes with age...he's too young to know how the human mind works....emotional bias is a preordained influence countered only with preceding parallels. To instill "reasonable doubt" it's best to overwhelm your peers with confusion leaving them so perplexed that the argument they are engaged in ends up beyond their comprehension level....there's great power in ambiguity, which always leads to doubt. Proof means fuck all in a courtroom, convincing your peers that you are justified in your actions has nothing to do with proof. He's too young to defend himself and he should not have been on the stand.
I've had plenty of experience with the judicial system and have been on the stand with as many as 5 lawyers and prosecutors against me. The law is malleable and can be worked against those who seek only what's legal and not what is just.
This kid did nothing wrong but the HOOK NOSE SYSTEM IS RIGGED AND AGAINST HIM.
