WTF is "cognitively mature"?

I spent 7.5 years in the Marines. I left at the end of my second enlistment after seeing promotions going to minorities, instead of on service time and merit.

Same. I did 12 years, left in the mid 90s because I could see which way the wind was blowing. When I was supervising an office of about 8 people, I asked how much preparation they put into taking the advancement exam. The White men all worked very hard, the "minorities" didn't study at all and were promoted.

I graduated my civilian appreciation course in only 4 years. I watched fatties and women (usually the same person) getting promoted because of quotas all while I got fucked with for not being in the right clique. I would have preferred 4 years of boot camp to the bullshit political games. I left in the late 90's and can't imagine how bad it has gotten in 20 years.

When I joined in '69 there were 330K Marines. After Vietnam ended it was brutal, I knew guys that had 16-18 years in tried to re-enlist to get their 20 and were told, nope don't need you anymore, there's the door. But they were keeping all the niggers they could and promoting them. When I got out in '77 there were about 120K Marines.

Which is why the military is fed with dense monoculture plantings and dense monoculture feed lots. If they really believe in diversity they should run a mix of organic cover crops and free range chickens and ducks mixed with cattle. Probably add a few wolves too, to kill the weak and keep disease under control. They can forage for berries if that's not enough. That's the biological argument for diversity, which is the best and most science based.

75% turnover. Still not addressing the issue. After Afghanistan it'll be 95%. Speaking from experience. Getting out after serving 7 years they tried to fuck me hard at the end. I escaped with my honorable discharge intact.

The last year I was in I was 'selected' for E-6. After 6 months of asking when I would get promoted they finally told me they were holding it up to give to me when I re-enlisted. They were shocked I was getting out, the most hilarious comment was "you ONLY have 12 more years to go to retire".
