What is the point of a 10 sub owner cap?

I need to make more cause there are so few subs made here and I don't want to make another account and farm points just to do so and then have to remember another account name and password.

I honestly don't know what you'd do with more than 10 subs. The board already has a lot of subs, most of which are never visited.
