Europeans are the product of 4 different stocks.
The Neandertalls, the Paleo-Europeans, the R1a Corded ware Indo-Europeans, and the R1b Anatolian Indo-Europeans.

You don't get White from non-Whites, period. Groups of people splintered off of the White people who migrated from the garden of creation, in the middle east, through Asia and into Europe. The peoples took multiple paths and started all of the major civilizations in Europe, and spread to the rest of the world, thus fulfilling the prophecies of Israel being a blessing to all of the world.

As they splintered, some of them mixed (arab - to mix (hebrew)) and became darker. That's how that works.
