Yes. Its all echo chambers and bullshit. You could be learning Kung fu or blacksmithing or raising children or something. The internet is an amazing tool. It is also the worst addiction. If you can break it, do so.
The problem, I think, is that we all know what the problems are, and we get mired down in them. The solutions are not clear, and there hasn't, up to now, emerged any leadership or alternative.
