However, I made some moves in my 30's that allowed me to "retire" from the grind & work for myself so I don't get in the way of you hard working whippersnappers.

Jesus Christ does your generation do anything but whine? What exactly do you think those generations had given to them to make life so much easier? They worked their asses off for what they have without the technology y'all have today and yet for some reason you think they should just give it to you? They did something your generation doesn't seem to think is all that important, they saved and didn't spend thousands on cell phones. Here's a thought, think of something. Work very hard until you build something. Have your own money and stop waiting for someone to give you something and make your own mark on the world and don't expect someone else too take care of you. Don't get me wrong, I don't put your generations general laziness and lack of character on y'all. You got stuck with participation awards and health at every size and more fast food and junk food than anyone before you. You were born into time where your country was belittled and told you're evil because you're White whereas we were taught pride in our ancestors and country. You definitely got saddled with some hurdles in life but you also have things previous generations never did. Quit waiting for someone else to do something for you and do it yourself. You'll be happier when all is said and done if you've done something for yourself and your wife and kids will have a lot more respect for you.
