I cant get passed the first minute in that video. The annoying lip smacking sounds are too much for me to take. and trust me, he doesnt see you as a friend, so that makes him a foe.

His Starling project sounded like a cool way to beat internet sensorship. Sounded like a big FU to the Chi-Com's. Now it sounds like he wants to sell Tesla's in China so he'll have to play nice. He also says he's really concerned about the very real threat of A.I. that no one is talking about.
