In a legal setting, I would guess most of the links provided on here are not going to be given a huge amount of weight in court - while the "experts" will be believed without sources.

Best bet would be to go through your information and find one or two experts that you believe - and have qualifications that the court would listen to - and ask them directly for more information.

One shot may be enough to do permanent harm, which would suck for parent and child.

Another option would be to use the lack of consent (if that was detailed in the custody agreement) as grounds to remove visitation temporarily or permanently, or get supervised visits. That way there will be zero chance of a second shot, even without believable sources.

Keep a detailed dairy of the child's health and behavior as well - video would be ideal - in case medical problems arise.

There is a doctor from Texas A&M on the Baylor campus, I believe that is leading a coalition against the vaxx. He may know of someone in your area that could testify.

There are one or two studies showing that children who died of covid all had obesity or a comorbity. I would have that study/studies in hand.

There are a couple of studies on vaccine adverse events including death in children as well as at least one study on myocarditis in boys after vaccination. Contrast these studies with the studies of covid death in children.

Someone somewhere has a risk analysis on these two sets of data. Maybe its Steve Kirsch.

Robert Malone, Peter McCullough, Byram Bridle, Geert VanDen Bossche are all reputable guys (imo) that could point you in the right direction. You might try emailing some of them or DMing them on social media. They have been in contact with people fighting vaccine related legal issues and they may have some strategies or contacts that are useful.

Geert Vanden Bossche argues that the innate immune system in children will be permanently altered by that vaccine, preventing them from ever having natural immunity to the virus. Im not sure exactly how that argument goes. I believe it might have to do with Toll-like receptors. But that would be one argument to make.


Byram Bridle sued the gov of japan for vaccine data that showed the mRNA (for Pfizer) was going all over the body including the ovaries and bone marrow. The requirement of an AAMES TEST has been skipped for the EUA of these vaccines so we don’t know whether they are mutagenic or carcinogenic (capable of causing infertility or cancer.) So if this vaccine is known to go to the testes and bone marrow, it could cause infertility or cancer early in life

We know there is a prion-like domain on SARS CoV 2 spike protein and that prion-like domains are likely drivers of neurodegenerative disease. Like Alz, Parkinsons, etc.

Is there a history of autoimmune disease in your child’s family? That is heritable. Any autoimmune family history could predispose him to multiple AI syndromes. There is no shortage of reports of autoimmune syndromes associated with the jab.

Heres a study on suspected covid deaths of under 21 year olds — 112 fatalities in this study. Its hard to say how many kids have died FROM covid, but I believe the number of US kids who died WITH covid is about 600 according to the CDC. So many of them would have been in this study. 74% of the deaths are non-white, 73% were over 10 yrs, 14% had no underlying condition. Most had a problem like obesity, a developmental disorder, etc. You can review the tables in the study. But even if the actual number of kids who died of covid in the US is as high as 600, the number of non-minority children under 10 with no underlying condition is insanely small.
