I don’t agree. Except for New Orleans, the black communties in american cities were small because most blacks lived in the counties where their grandparents were enslaved. Most cities plagued by blacks were white 100 years ago.

There were always mulattos and a few dark skinned outliers which they trotted out for the cameras. I tell you they are mostly savages, which is why they needed jim crow laws wherever they lived in large numbers. They are programmed to murder each other at high rates and have sex indescriminately and not know who they daddy is. It is the normal state of affairs for them.
