top of the line can do 300/min or 5/second - taking time to ~6years

say you wanted to fill 1B in a month. You'd need 385 vials/second. Or 77 machines running 24/7. If you put the machines end to end it would take up a kilometer.

This is still in the realm of possible to do in one building.

Not a great take, seems very feasible to have multiple facilities with multiple machines, filling multiple vials at once. Much faster than one per second.

Interesting metrics. Are they valid? Based in fact? Reality? Do they make it by doses? or in HUGE vats? HOW long does it keep? Is it a million degrees below zero then? HOW do the manage quality control? Are some does less/more effective than others? How are they sure it doesn't contain pee or poop? Are the workers CERTIFIED (trained FORMALLY)? Or just given "pep talks"?

They don't make individual doses. They make big vats of the liquid, then put it into bottles that can deliver I'd guess a hundred doses each.

They have farmed the manufacture out to many small labs.

A better question to ask is, what is the experience of these labs with this technology? Was there any vetting to establish that these small outfits had the expertise to implement this technology? What quality control data was collected and did it identify problem labs?
