By using "child marriage" are they calling post-puberty women of the age 14-18 (who are the most fertile and yield the healthiest young men) as children? Where do they get their definition of child? From satan?

If young women don't marry then they commit adultery and ruin their lives.

I seriously doubt that any Muslim is marrying a prepubescent girl. Perhaps 10s of cases in the entire world today.

The age of consent used to be 15 in Canada. I think the laws are in place not necessarily to prevent teen pregnancy (which I agree, can yield the healthiest offspring) but to stop those teenage pregnancies from occurring by individuals with a significant age difference.

So to prevent the father from being able to provide for his family? (((Labor))) laws have made it illegal to work a full time job while still young enough for a teenage wife.
