Note that as EU/Schengen residents they can leave Austria for several dozen other countries, many of which have no such regulations. They are unthinking automatons who've been conditioned to follow orders they've been given, pursue goals that had been set before them, and to do these things without question or even the possibility of doubt, they are no longer people once they put on their uniforms, they are tools of the system, and they will do everything in their power, including to try and convince you that they are in agreement with you with lies and acting (when that is made impossible by their training and relative position to you).

Lose all sympathy for them, they would not don their uniforms if they were not willing to enforce the oppression of the system and it's evil rulers on its upper echelons, especially those shadows who are truly at the top of it all.

Thet must be removed, you cannot skip all the enemies and go directly to the boss, you must fight through the hordes to get to the khans, you must fight through the soldiers to get to the commanders, you must fight through the zombies to get to the cure, you must fight through the haywire robots to get to the rogue AI, etc.
