I can see that assault charges and the futility of fights turn off these manic desires for most who have been through a fight or two, but I haven’t punched anybody since I was 12. I was raised to be very docile and nerdy, and I feel like people are more likely to fuck with me because of this. I have anger from being mistreated by my mom and having my normal masculine reactions to that shit (like telling her loudly to shut up) being tamped down by my father. So I got a special feeling of powerlessness from that. I feel like if I were to snap on somebody, my energy would change and fewer people would try to insult me or mistreat me.
So should I just do therapy or should I get in tune with my aggressive side even more to the point where I won’t have to use actual fists. I’m thinking of bulking and joining a boxing gym, too. I’m just a fucking twig. My roommate chimped out at me after I stood my ground in an argument and I was so scared I locked my door and hid on the roof. Pathetic. I let him do that. However, as a docile intelligent type, I’ve been advised to abuse my intelligence as a counter, and this worked as my roommate is being evicted lol. This helped a lot. But I need to do more.
At the park last summer playing basketball, I set a pick on the opponent, and he pushed me back and started calling me “Diary of a wimpy kid”.

Ok,first off,push ups are a great exercise. There's a reason they've been around for so long. Start looking into weight lifting videos and learning how to do it properly. Always judge the results before you listen to someone. Stay away from steroids. If you can't buy some weights,just remember weights are just heavy shit of a certain weight.
Get a punching bag and work on it. Start with learning to hit without hurting yourself. There's lots of boxing videos to show you the way. Get the aggression out of your system so you can think clearly.
And always remember they will gladly fuck you for defending yourself. But not defending yourself gets you dead.
I'm gonna recommend the gym if you can get into one. Michael Matthews has a pretty decent book to help you build a routine and figure out your diet for building muscle without getting fat. Take up boxing as well if you can.

On the occasions that somebody does get in your face, it's better to know you can throttle them but choose not to instead of taking it because you feel like it's your only option.

Even a relatively friendly clean fight can have unexpected consequences. Once people know you fight you're going to get a lot of unwanted attention. They'll use you for entertainment and you're not even getting paid. Don't be someone else's free boogie man or martyr. That's beta.
Your "energy" doesn't come from a single act such as giving a well-deserved knockout. That's like an old boat that costs more to maintain than it did to buy. Keep your money. Often knowing you could buy something is better than the headache of ownership.
If you really want to shock people change yourself. That's the one thing they don't expect.
Understand you need to grieve and heal for the powerless and defenseless inner child in you at the time you had to endure that trauma. Its not easy, just have to set aside space in your heart and mind that you can't get back what was taken from you but you can forgive others and even yourself, and grieve and move on.
Second, take boxing class, even a basic 6 week class with a good trainer should elevate at the minimum the ability to analyze within seconds if your perceived threat has any amount of formal training. Your violent thoughts come from your feelings of powerlessness, which comes from the fact that clearly no one respects you. The single most important thing for a man is to be respected. Respect comes from a number of things, physical strength is one, so as others have suggested lifting will probably help. However respect also comes from attractiveness, intelligence, competence, wealth and success. Additionally honesty, loyalty, discipline, etc play a role. Not only do others need to respect you, but you need to respect yourself.
Violence is the fallback option, when you can't solve a problem by other means it's always there. This is why antifa and niggers are so violent. They'd be a complete laughingstock if people weren't afraid of being sucker punched. Fear is a type of respect.

If you make small changes, such as doing 10 pushups a day while you're waiting for the shower to warm up, and replacing tuesday night pizza with tuesday night grilled chicken you can keep doing this until the day you die. Apply similar systems to all the things in your life that need to change and make progressing towards your goals habit rather than inconvenience.
If you haven't used violence, you will see that as some kind of enigma and you will misinterpret what it really is. As cliche as it sounds, you really should practice violence, aka join the gym, boxing or something like that. You will later have less emotions about violence and see that just as a tool. About having negative emotions towards others... That will stay, but those emotions will be less irrational. Depends on your biology tho. Also, i see you are having immature approach to vengeance. Yea it feels good to pay back, but in reality most of the time it's a waste of time. See how much your body changes in a month. It's all the motivation you'll need to keep going. All the other stuff people talk about can follow then. Start with push ups. Every day.
You don't need to beat anyone up for people to respect you. You just need to look like you can.
You need some type of martial arts training along wi TJ weight training. I suggest BJJ as it’s a good style for people new to the game. Common to find as well. Get in touch with your body, align it with your mind and your soul will sing, trust me when I say it’s a good thing.
