Leafa is an Israeli jew posting memes and videos as part of a Mossad psy op. He's been spotted, so he posted this to try to throw people off the track. I guess he thinks the irony of a jew telling us how jews shape shift is hilarious. He's having a laugh at our expense.

Probably the source of most famous clips is the Leni Riefenstahl film 'Triumph of the Will' (auf Deutsch 'Triumph des Willens').
