The Mankato, Minnesota, school board voted unanimously earlier this month to approve a policy to provide extra compensation exclusively to non-white teachers who become mentors to other non-white colleagues.

I had black instructors in Nursing school with masters degrees in nursing that couldnt spell or do math.

Every single black teacher i had, showed obvious signs of lacking education like proper spelling and even understanding the basics of the actual fucking topic they were teaching. I had one French teacher who was black and had lived in France supposedly, and even he couldn't fucking teach French! Let alone write in English or even have a basic conversation... it was frustrating as fuck.
