A truck driver who was sentenced to 110 years in prison for a fatal accident in Colorado has been resentenced to 10 years after an outcry from family and advocates.

Gov. Jared Polis announced the commutation of Rogel Aguilera-Mederos' sentence Thursday.

Only a shitskin in America gets these privileges. No respect to the victims families.

Also of course the governor Jared polis is a homosexual kike.

I've heard a little about this. Even I thought his sentence was too much... but none of the articles I read said anything about him doing 40 over the limit.

I believe he was supposed to be going 35 MPH in whatever zone it was. Spic tried blaming the brakes as faulty and that was determined to be a lie. Imagine thinking you can stop a tractor trailer like a Porsche at 85+ MPH. This spic should be hanging from a pole and saving the taxpayers money.

The article linked says he was doing 85 in a 45, but it really doesnt matter when you are in a diesel.

Nope, I meant Ubermensch. The Ubermensch knows better than to act like a reckless fool. The Taco-Nigger at least has an excuse that he was given a responsibility above his ability. It was because of mandatory sentencing laws (enacted because of libschit judges) and the amount of charges due to the number of people affected. Beyond the four killed, there were dozens injured. Apparently there was going to be a hearing in a couple of months anyways to reduce sentencing, so there was no reason for the governor to jump in, except this was a celebrity case because it was a spic.

he was going downhill and was not experienced. also the truck driving schools do not provide adequate instruction for mountain driving, from what i've read. so i'm willing to give this guy a pass, even tho ... blah blah blah

Im a truck driver who lives 2 miles from the hill he was going down. Theirs 2 two run away ramps he missed and the speed limit is 35mph. even fully loaded if you start that hill in 6th gear and full jack theirs no need to touch the break. done it thousands of times.
