I use 12 USC 411 to remain at $0 tax liability.

I mean you laugh, but I've used this on government forms when I can't be bothered to give the real answer, usually because then they are gonna hassle me for proofs I have to find and shit..

I just write 'crime'.

And remember, Al Capone got done for tax evasion

I'd be willing to report my losses in that department, as long as I get more back from it. Lol

Is there a separate category for "hustlin'"?

Asking for a friend.

I NEVER include that. That would be STUPID right? They haven't even PROVED it in some sort of CRIMINAL court! and I'm a MONSTER. A real one.

The IRS rarely goes after regular working class people and when they do it's because the individual hasn't paid taxes in something like 8 years. The IRS also prefers to settle stuff outside of court and will settle tax debts for a fraction of what they are worth.

Which is why taxes are such a scam. Don't pay any taxes until the IRS comes after you, then settle for like 25% of what you would have payed. What a joke.

I know people who have settled their tax debt for way less they 25%. Also assistant US Attorneys hate prosecuting tax evasion cases.

Just put it under "misc income" and if pressed plead the 5th. They can't charge you with tax evasion and the only information you've given out that they don't already have is how much you made.

Kickbacks and side money is actually the funnier entry
