It’s becoming impossible to maintain friendships with Covid autists

submitted by 3Whuurs to Covid1984 3.3 yearsJan 16, 2022 23:03:29 ago (+31/-1)     (Covid1984)

A friend of 25 years got all 3 doses of the vaccine, went from Covid is killing everyone, to the vaccine saves a million lives a day, to the vaccine is only good for easing symptoms but is still worth shutting the world down. Moving his goal post EVERY time the blue flickering light box told him to.
His gov opens his borders for the chosen vaccine race to travel, so he goes to cancun.
Here’s about 1 person in the hotel testing positive, and with all 3 doses is still so scared he quarantines his family in the hotel room for 4 days, ruining their whole vacation.
Then as a reward for his autism they catch Covid somehow anyway and now are forced to quarantine for another 5-7 days or some shit.

I’ve honestly agreed with the argument that we shouldn’t let this stuff ruin our friendships, but this shit is to far, and it’s no longer worth the risk of associating with this filth.

When your friends and family think you’re going to kill their children if you get near them, they’re no longer your tribe, and there’s nothing worth saving.
If anything, you’re just forfeiting the argument by associating with them.

They don't want to be friends with you.

They're the north koreans who report their neighbors because they might be spying for the bastard Americans and cause three generations of the family to be taken away.

They watch their children starve to keep from dying at the hands of the Americans.

You can't free them because they don't want it.

So much this. I made the same argument this is how communists convinced the populace to rat on their neighbors long before social credit scores ever existed.

These people will do it for nothing. Imagine what they'll do once they're broke or starving.

Edit: "rat" not "eat" on their neighbors, but the words may be interchangeable soon.

Take a chill pill.
Decouple for a couple of months, just break contact completely.
After a couple of months see if he's calmed down any, otherwise go to step one.
When he has calmed down don't talk to him about the shit, just get back onto what made the two of you friends.
If this cannot be achieved then move on.

We underestimate what it will take to convert vaccine autism. Because those of us with a brain and a soul don’t realize is every time their TV God tells them about the importance of the vaccine and how dangerous anti-vaxxers are, it’s also associating it with Nazis and trans persecutors. So there’s no way to simply win over a religious zealot with facts. Especially when they’re not so subconsciously trained to think they have to become a racist Nazi to leave their cult.

It’s over for these people.
If any good came of this freak show, it was at least to show those of us with a soul and a brain, how few of us there really was all this time before they kill us all.

To a certain degree, you have a right to not want to be around sick people. That's pretty normal. The problem is that the Covidiots have moved past normal healthy paranoia into full blown hysterical insanity. A cough, a fever, and some chills, and you better fucking isolate yourself in a room that looks like fucking Dexter killed people in it. All because your "illness" has a chance to be "THE" illness that could infect them and cause them to kill someone else through their inability to prevent exposure to someone else. The logic is unassailable. Fucking idiots.

Why would anyone want to be friends with a Branch Covidian, commie, socialist, leftist-libtard, xtian fanatic, islamaholic, jew, skunkape, career criminal, government informant, pig, or psychotic? What exactly would be the payoff that is equal to (or greater than) the downside?

[ - ] 3Whuurs [op] 5 points 3.3 yearsJan 16, 2022 23:33:07 ago (+5/-0)

The hope they’ll produce white kids then immediately die before infecting them, so your kids will have someone to marry.
Plus this guy married a jap, so even that’s off the table.

Same reason you'd want to be friends with a holohoax believer. You really don't have much choice, they're everywhere.

[ - ] Empire_of_the_Mind 6 points 3.3 yearsJan 17, 2022 01:46:27 ago (+6/-0)

You subconsciously realize that they're already dead so it's no longer worth investing into the relationship.

The media is covid, covid, covid. Even the Tongan volcano barely got a look in.

I'm hoping that volcano gets worse. Ring of Fire, save us from covidiocy.

Yep I’ve lost a few friends to the vaxx religion. They can’t unplug from the propaganda machine in their family room. Scared to death over all this stuff, including the “Omicron variant” (aka Influenza.) One of them ended up espousing Communism so I just cut bait and went home. No sense trying to reason with them anymore. They’re too far gone.

I'm in the same boat, best friend of 30 years is in self isolation with her whole family because the youngest kid tested positive for covid. It's the 4 th time they do it in 2 years. They are vaxxed and boosted of course. Our other friend was yelled at and cut off for a while for not getting the shot before the summer, I'm still a pure blood but was appaled how she treated our friend so I decided to just not tell and limit my contact with the vaxtard and hoping she came to her senses but it seems futile.
Oh and she is of course very left leaning, loves capeshit and watches porn on the reg. I gave up trying to redpill her ayears ago when she donated to BLM lol. Still my oldest friend so its hard to just ditch her.

Just post anti-narrative opinions on social media, or talk about them in person.

Majority of times these clowns will do the unfriending for you.

Win/win

Just post anti-narrative opinions on social media

You get poli checked for that and an instant strike even when being obtuse.

My sister is triple vaxxed. She recently sold her house and then bought a house in a considerably more expensive market so that she could be close to her kids who just started having grandkids. She hadn't been so happy for years and I applaud her decision.

Except that about 1/2 of the time they've been either under lockdown or following some bizarre set of guidelines that restrict travel and contact. She's been stuck in her new house with nothing to do but watch Netflix, whereas at her old house she had friends and neighbors nearby to interact with even if it was over the fence.

But at least she hasn't tested positive for Covid yet, though her kids all did and one of them actually had symptoms which BTW were identical to a moderate cold.

I am both sad for her and so fucking annoyed with what she's become. She was one of my favorite persons in the world and someone who I looked up to as an example of how to live my life. But then she fell for this Covid BS hard and now frankly I'll be surprised if I'll ever be able get together with her again. A couple times she's wanted to 'debate' my anti-vaxx stance via Skype but I know what happens when you try to argue with the possessed, so I always declined saying that I didn't want to get in a fight which was the gist of it anyhow.

Anyhow there's not a thing I can do about it except mourn for a dead relationship that I had valued, and move on.

I am always struck how the pro-vaxxers always go on about how selfish the anti-vaxxers are, but in reality it's the vaxxers that the selfish ones by insisting on forcing their views on us. I mean either they are protected because they are vaxxed and in which case I'm of no threat to them. Or they are not protected by the vaccine. In either case what the fuck is the point of the vaccine?

They're all sheep nothing more or less. My adored sister is a sheep.

Sorry to hear that. In my experience when somebody is so perfectly positioned for cognitive dissonance if you try to educate them on something like this, the chances of ordinarily good people freaking out if you prove them wrong, and becoming liars on the spot is very disheartening to see.
So now knowing that their religious beliefs are at stake if you disagree with them, I feel almost respo or their dignity for them because they can’t help themselves.
It really is exactly like dealing with autistic children you’re responsible for.

[ - ] UncleDoug 1 point 3.3 yearsJan 17, 2022 07:06:02 ago (+1/-0)

Even if they believe in the vax and the mild flu is a plague virus, how do covidians equate not getting the jab with being a virus carrier like its the natural state?

Not getting jabbed doesn't automatically make you ill, it just means you didnt get the jab.

[ - ] Doglegwarrior 1 point 3.3 yearsJan 17, 2022 02:16:14 ago (+1/-0)

I have almost no friends after the last two years...

Have you asked him point.blank if he notices his behavior and how extreme it is? How he's changed?

[ - ] 3Whuurs [op] 0 points 3.3 yearsJan 17, 2022 21:22:21 ago (+0/-0)

No, I know him well enough to know the answer to that. But the problem is he hasn’t really changed.
My working theory for a few decades now is that most of these types (in this instance Covid) simply had nothing in that part of their programming to interact with.
In this guys case he’s pretty smart and self motivated and successful type guy, but he’s shallow waters and not a moral or philosophical person at all. Right & wrong are always subjective to what his current wants are.

My point is that there was simply nothing in his moral programming, so absolutely anything could just fill that up and convince him as long as it’s pushed sufficiently.
So he hasn’t changed, this is just the first time he’s been activated in a moral way, so all he knows how to do is immolate the last thing the TV god told him.

In my opinion I don’t think most people have souls or Conscience or however you’d like to say it. I think most people don’t achieve true self actualization beyond their constant immediate circumstances, like a small child, or an animal that doesn’t understand what it sees in the mirror.

I find that having a conversation with a like minded person while they (the other side view) are in the room works well to have them look at/question their (different) beliefs and assumptions. Don't walk away from family members. Work at bringing them over and educating them.
